We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment. Please note that international shipping times can vary significantly due to customs processing and local postal services.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these shipments can only be sent via USPS and may have slightly longer delivery times.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@womenssnowboots.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or immediately upon receipt for damaged items. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.

9. Restricted Countries

We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions. If your country is on such a list, your order will be canceled and refunded.
